Terms & Conditions

When booking this reservation, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

* There is a PARKING CHARGE of $18 per vehicle per night (unless otherwise specified in your rate plan)

* CHECK IN TIME is 4PM and CHECK OUT TIME is 12PM. Early check in and late check out cannot be guaranteed; additional charges may apply. Failure to check out by 12PM may result in a charge up to the full applicable room rate++

* CANCELLATIONS or ARRIVAL DATE CHANGES which do not conform to the cancellation/change policy, or no-shows, will be charged the equivalent of the first night's room rate++

* If you have booked a NON-REFUNDABLE RATE, your card will be charged IN FULL at booking. This deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE and non-transferable and will be forfeited in the event of change or cancellation

* Room rates are based on the number of persons confirmed on your reservation. Extra persons age 13 or older are an additional $10 per person per night++. Children 12 years or younger stay free

* Maximum occupancy in any room is 5 persons, regardless of age

* A maximum of one crib OR one roll-away bed may be placed in any room for a charge of $10 per night++

* A major CREDIT CARD is required to guarantee your reservation. Your card may be authorized for the first night's room and tax charges on the day of arrival. If your card fails to authorize for at least this amount, your reservation is subject to cancellation

* If you choose to use a DEBIT CARD to guarantee your reservation, this will result in a HOLD being placed on funds in the account associated with the debit card. The hotel is not liable for any fees or charges related to overdrawn/unavailable funds in your bank account. Depending on your financial institution, unused funds may not become available for several business days after departure

* The hotel requires 24 hour notice of EARLY DEPARTURE. Failure to notify hotel of early departure by NOON one (1) day prior to your desired departure date will result in a charge of $75.00++

* Should your plans require you to EXTEND your departure date, please check with the Front Desk for room availability. Please note that your rate is subject to change based on the occupancy of the hotel

* Regardless of any billing or master account arrangements, you are liable for any and all charges posted to your room(s). You are further liable for any and all damages to your room(s) or the hotel caused by you or your guests/invitees during your stay

* You authorize us to place a hold against your credit or debit card to guarantee any and all charges and, in the event that you do not settle your account prior to departure, you hereby authorize us to charge any credit or debit card we have on file for you or apply funds you have on deposit with us against what you owe

* In-room safes as well as safety deposit boxes at the Front Desk are provided for guests to deposit their valuables. Bay Club Hotel & Marina will not be responsible for any item not deposited in such safe or safety deposit box

* Should there be evidence of smoking or vaping in your room or on your patio/balcony, or of a pet being in your room, you will incur a minimum deep cleaning fee of $200 plus tax charged to your account
