Enjoy relaxing, tranquil views of our private yacht marina along with several other sailboat-filled marinas and the sunset over Point Loma. These ADA-compliant non-smoking rooms are located on the ground floor with one king bed, and are approximately 385 square feet. Rooms feature a balcony over the water of our private marina, a 43-inch HDTV, separate bath and vanity areas with complimentary toiletries, mini refrigerator, microwave, single cup coffee maker with complimentary Starbucks® coffee, hair dryer, iron and board, work desk, in-room safe, and complimentary Wi-Fi. ADA features of this room include wheelchair accessible paths of travel in room, 32-inch width clearance doorways, lowered shelving, closed captioned TV, and shower/tub combination with lowered tub edge, grab bars, transfer seat and adjustable handheld shower massage. Also available -- on request -- are TTY/TDD devices, audible and visual emergency warning devices, including visual alerts for telephone, door knock, fire alarm and alarm clock. Please let us know upon booking which of these you will require so that we may accommodate your needs. Self parking is available for $18 per vehicle per night.
