Discover comfortable, spacious accommodations, incredible views and exceptional amenities at the Bay Club Hotel & Marina in the heart of San Diego Bay. We are next to Humphrey's Outdoor Concert venue and within walking distance of many popular restaurants and marine specialty stores and within a five-minute boat ride to a fuel dock and a pump out station.

Unlike any other San Diego marina, we offer free-of-charge electric, water and Wi-Fi to our slips. In addition, we are the only underground parking area on Shelter Island and the first "green" marina on the West Coast with beautiful docks. Our boat slips range in size from ten to 80 feet and include 30-amp power with 50-amp power available at some of our larger slips.

Slip/Waitlist Application

Guest slips are reserved on a first come, first served basis. You must call one week in advance (no earlier) to find out if our guest slip inventory will accommodate your particular vessel. Also, you must provide current insurance and registration or documentation along with our guest slip application prior to bringing your vessel to the marina.

Guest slip fees are $2.75 per foot per day and include use of all hotel amenities. If we verify that you have a hotel room in addition to the guest slip, we will give you a 50% discount on the guest slip. However, the room must be in the name of the vessel owner to receive this discount.

Guest Slip Application

The Bay Club Marina is pet-friendly with some breed restrictions. Please note that pets are off limits inside the hotel, restaurant, restrooms, laundry room and pool areas. Failure to be a responsible pet owner by not cleaning up after your pet, allowing your pet to be a nuisance or violating any of our pet rules can result in revocation of pet privileges.

Bay Club Marina Perks

All slip leaseholders enjoy use of our dock carts, dock boxes, marina restrooms and showers as well as coin laundry facilities. Also, all slip leaseholders have access to full hotel benefits, including use of the pool, spa and fitness room in addition to free self-serve morning coffee served in the hotel lobby and free ice. Discounted room rates are also available along with discounts at the hotel's gift shop and Quarterdeck Restaurant and bar.
